Once again it is a crummy rainy day, so cold, crummy or rainy, it may sound lazy but i drive tyler down the hill- that way we can wait outthe bus in the warm car- he doesn't much care one way or the other, but i am all about staying warm

Castaway Bay

We took a mini trip to castaway bay in sandusky, we met amy,dave & joeysince it is the halfway point for both of us. the boys had a great time playing together & emily got her first bathing sit- she loved the water & all of the people watching. andrew was pretty brave, giving all of the water slides a chance, tyle took some persuading to go on any slides at all, but onc he did he had a great time- both boys & mommy loved the hot tub. The boys thought it was cool that you were able to swim in the hot tub outside in the cold. In fact they already have plans to frequent it when we go back.

Remember the 80's?

We headed over to brian & pam's for the weigh in (which jim didn't win only loosing 17 pounds to brian's 33) better luck next year

I had fun hanging out at the salvation army to get an 80's outfit. & no that is not a wig, it is my hair, i think i used more hairspray on this day than i have in the las 5 years.... can you believe these jeans? I didn't evenhave to make the design- the came like that & i paid 5 dollars! But i love how my outfit turned out all i needed were some leg warmers & a swatch watch!

Right to read

Tyler's reading is really taking off. He cae home fro school today, very excited because it is right to rea week, and the class that reads the most books get to see their teacher dress up like a chicken & do the chicken dance. He was so excited he went upstairs to his bookcase & took out every Dr Suess book there was & settled himself on the couch for almost 2 hours. then i asked him what he was reading about & he said "i don't know". Oh well it is good to see him excited.

who can resist those rolls? those rolls are simply squeezable-even she thinks so! well it won't be long until our little girl looses all of that babyphat so for now we had to share some of our chubby bunny love.

Didn't andrew's clown costume turn out to be adorable? Pretty good for whipping it together 1/2 hour before school. Andrew's class was having a circus day & they had to dress like a circus performer- i had plans for an elephant but a small temper tantrum had me testing my creativity & turning him into a clown. We were 15 minutes late for school but that's okay- he looked good
